Return Policy for Kacy J Co.

Custom Embroidery:

Any blank goods purchased may be returned for store credit only for a period of 14 days from purchase. Goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please call for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.

1. Digitizing Services:
   $85 minimum applies to digitizing services. Prepay, Cash, Credit Card, E-Check only. The Kacy J Co., its agents and subsidiaries are not responsible for designs run on fabrics other than those for which they were originally digitized or for any size deviations made by the end user or its agents, nor are we responsible for damaged goods. We are happy to work with you to correct any problems or make any changes requested prior to production, however, notification must be made within five (5) working days. Otherwise, designs will be considered to be good and any subsequent changes will be charged accordingly. The Kacy J Co. retains the rights to all stitch files. An $85 transfer fee will be charged for digitized stitch file transfer to 3rd parties upon written request, and transfer is at the sole discretion of The Kacy J Co. The Kacy J Co. assumes no responsibility for any infringement of rights. Your purchase of our designs and/or digitizing services in any form or format does not include your right to use them in regard to any claim of trademark, copyright or registration mark protected.
   
   
2. Embroidery: Setup fees are non-refundable and due upon approval of sample. Payment in full is due upon completion of order. Sorry! No refunds or exchanges on embellished goods, however, manufacturer defects in any item supplied will be happily replaced.

Care Instructions for Your Embroidery:
All garments are embroidered with a high quality rayon or polyester thread, depending on the intended use by the customer.

Dry Cleaning:
Exercise care, especially on dark garments. Do not use pre-spotting agents on embroidered area.

Machine Washing:
Wash garments using mild detergent, in cold to lukewarm water on delicate cycle. Remove promptly. Never leave embroidered garments soaking or lying in a wet pile. If bleaching is required, use only NON-CHLORINE bleach. Do not wring or twist. If color residue appears in water, rinse first in lukewarm water then cold water several times until rinse water is clear. Hang to dry or dry on low-heat setting.

Ironing:
Use low temperature setting. Cover with towel and iron lightly on reverse side. Steam is not recommended.
